PRICES

  • $14 per person (MINIMUM of 50 people)

  • Average of 4-6 tacos per person

  • A deposit of $150 is required (goes towards total payment and is nonrefundable)

  • The rest of the payment is due the day of the event

  • A delivery fee of $25 will be added if the event is outside the 20-mile radius of the zip code 89183

  • 2 hours of service

  • 3 entrée choices - beef, pork, grilled chicken, chorizo, carnitas, or grilled veggies (choice of either Portobello Mushrooms and Grilled Onions OR Bell Peppers and Grilled Onions) (other meats and vegan options are available for an extra cost)

  • Taco toppings - Cilantro, Onion, Limes, Radishes, Cucumbers

  • 2 Salsa options (32 oz of both red and green salsa)

  • Rice and Beans (half a pan of each)

  • 3 gallons of your choice of 1 flavor of beverage:

    • Jamaica, Horchata, Watermelon (Sandia), Cucumber Lime, Pineapple, Cantaloupe (Melon), Papaya, Tamarind (Tamarino); if you prefer something else, let me know!

  • Utensils - Forks, Cups, Paper Plates, and Napkins

Extra fees will be added for the following:

  • Birria (beef) for $2 more per person

  • Barbacoa (beef or pork) for $2 more per person

  • Lengua (beef tongue) for $3 more per person

  • Tripas (beef tripe) for $3 more per person

  • Cabeza (beef head) for $3 more per person

  • Cheese to make quesadillas or mulitas - 75¢ per person

  • Extra 3 gallons of a flavor of drink of your choice - $60

  • Extra pans of food:

    • Asada - $175 for a half pan, $350 for a full pan

    • Alpastor - $150 for a half pan, $300 for a full pan

    • Carnitas - $150 for a half pan, $300 for a full pan

    • Chicken - $100 for a half pan, $200 for a full pan

    • Veggies (either option) - $50 for a half pan, $100 for a full pan

    • Rice - $60 for a half pan, $120 for a full pan

    • Beans - $60 for a half pan, $120 for a full pan

    • Guacamole - $50 for a half pan, $100 for a full pan
